Centrifugal Casting
Centrifugal Casting is an industrial manufacturing process during which molten metal or resin is injected into a revolving die (silicone mold) with a round shape.
The centrifugal force produced by the rotation helps to fill the die with the molten metal. After the material has solidified, the mold is opened so that parts can be removed.
Centrifugal casting with silicone rubbers is suitable for the production of small-sized items, like faux bijoux, accessories for leatherwear, promotional items etc.
Metals for casting: ZAMAK (Zinc Alloy), Pewters (Tin Alloys) as well as Resins (Polyurethane and Polyester)
Our company is operating as the exclusive agent in the Greek market of the market leader NICEM Spa, which manufactures the necessary equipment and silicone rubbers for casting purposes.
