DECARBONIZER
Machines for descaling steel and aluminum kitchen equipment. They easily remove grease, grime and the heaviest carbon using a descaling bath. The combined action of the Nicem detergent with water at 80°C allows descaling without any mechanical intervention, therefore without ruining the surface of the equipment.
Equipment and kitchen utensils will only need to be washed before use. The same descaling bath can be used for up to 30 days before having to change the water and detergent. The duration of the treatment will vary depending on the quantity and type of dirt on the equipment.
